Finish 2021 Strong

Whether you like it or not 2021 is rapidly coming to an end and in less than 27 days we’ll be waking up to the sounds of Happy New Year. For those of you who follow me you will know that I believe in never quitting on your dreams whether its in business, relationships or in your physical training.

You’re probably thinking, now that 2021 is rapidly coming to an end its time to take the pressure off and have a rest. I don’t believe in waiting till tomorrow, start today and start with you have.

2022 will be here anyway, here’s what you can do right now to finish 2021 stronger than you started.

Make the decision

One of the major hurdles you’re going to need to jump over is to decide that you’re not satisfied with where you are now. Whether that is in life, business, relationships or your career.

Decide that you’re not happy with where you are today and start taking action right from the moment you get up to the moment you hit the pillow this evening.

Don’t keep saying I don’t have a plan, I need to do this first in order to do that. All of that is procrastination. It’s an excuse to not do the things you want to do.

Get started and workout the details as you go.

Commit

Once you have decided to take action and to strive for better then its time to commit.

It is pointless going to the gym for an hour just the once to get sore and not go back the following day.

The same goes in life, you’re going to get knocked down, you’re going to have days when you don’t want to do your job, do the workout or even have that conversation with your wife/husband.

Committing to making your life better is a daily battle, it is doing something different everyday to be better than what you were the previous day.

Commit to it, and do the action everyday.

Evaluate

I like to think of this as admiring the view, say you commit to 6 months physical training, everyday you get up early you run or you workout.

Imagine where you’ll be in 6 months time, how will you feel, how will your body look and most of all how will your own mindset feel.

After 6 months time why not admire the view, look back at how far you have come.

Reward yourself for that commitment with whatever naughty treat you have, whether its a night out on the town or some
