Winter feels like its just a never ending cycle at the moment, dark mornings, dark nights, cold, wet and that wind – biting to say the very least.
The purpose of this blog was for me to have a website to develop my skillsets on and really get into the art of programming and design as well as a place to try out my understanding of Linux administration without a control panel.
Both January and the start of February have proved exceptionally busy months.
November 2020 saw the release of PHP8 and I’ve not had chance to look into What’s New or indeed how this new version will aid/hinder my programming know how.
EzPublish
This year has seen the agency take on some new websites using a very old but quite advanced CMS called EzPublsih. I mean this system is massive and what it can do goes way beyond WordPress or would have done for its time.
So for the better part of Jan and Feb I’ve been getting to grips with how this system works, and I’m still learning now.
Marketing
Another challenging area for me is marketing, marketing the agency, and in fact just marketing myself.
Is it worthy of another category on this blog? I don’t think it is at the moment, we can journal some of my other thoughts and feelings around this.
