So, it was coming around to that time of the quarter where we had to renew the SSL certificate for this website.
I wanted to find a simple and quick solution to renewing the SSL certificate.
I logged into the server and simply ran
certbot renew
Just like that Let’s Encrypt was able to auto renew the SSL certificate for a further 3 months. I’ll be looking soon at how to extend this for 12 months so I only have to renew the SSL once per year.
But for now the SSL certificate for the server has been renewed, and I have to say I found it quicker doing it through command prompt than logging onto a control panel and using the cPanel.
